Our staff at Rockoff Dermatology Center with offices in Andover and Boston area will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
When booking a laser or cosmetic dermatology appointment, a credit card is required. If a 24 hour notice is not given to cancel your appointment, a $50 charge will apply. No appointments will be scheduled without a credit card. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Before your visit, please check with your insurance company to be sure that you have the proper documentation with you when you come such as health insurance card, member ID number, etc.
Everyone at our office is at your service.
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week by calling (617) 731-2390.
If you need a referral from your primary care physician in order to see us, we need to have that referral in the office before your appointment.
When you call your primary care physician, please let their office know the date and time of your appointment in our office. Please also call them the day before your visit with us to be sure that they have sent us the referral. We apologize for the extra work involved, but this is what it takes to get along in the age of referrals and make both your life and ours easier.
We ask that patients take care of insurance co-pays at the time of the visit. Please check your own co-pay requirements before you come.
For Laser and Aesthetic services, which are not covered by health insurance, we ask that payment be made at the time of service.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We will bill the insurance company for surgery and balance bill the patient for any amount not covered.
