All our professionals at The Rockoff Dermatology Center maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dermatology.
Dr. Alan Rockoff
Dr. Alan Rockoff, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and graduated with his medical degree in 1972 from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He then completed a pediatric internship and residency at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center. Continuing his education, Dr. Rockoff completed a dermatology residency program at the combined program at Boston University and Tufts University.
Dr. Rockoff is a Clinical Assistant professor of Dermatology at Tufts University School of Medicine. He has taught senior medical students and other trainees for over 30 years.
Dr. Rockoff’s publications have appeared in a number of journals. He writes a monthly column for his dermatologic colleagues in Skin & Allergy News. His first book, “Under My Skin: A Dermatologist Looks at His Profession and His Patients”, is in press.

Dr. Rockoff is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society as well as the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Katherine Fening
Dr. Fening hails from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, outside of Cleveland. She attended the Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Fening trained in Dermatology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where she was Chief Resident, and went on to pursue a Dermatopathology fellowship.Dr. Fening has published articles in leading journals of Dermatology and Dermatopathology. She divides her professional time between working with us in both our Brookline and Andover offices and as a staff skin pathologist with the DermDx New England. Kate thus brings both clinical and basic science expertise for the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. Dr. Katherine Fening lives in Boston with her husband, an engineer. Her hobbies hiking, biking, and music. Dr. Fening and her husband moved from Alabama and are delighted to be living here in New England.
Megan Webb MHS, PA-C
Megan is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the Duke University Physician Assistant Program in 2003 with a Master of Health Sciences degree. She has been involved in a variety of aspects of medicine including emergency medicine, women’s health and dermatology. Megan has also been an adjunct professor at the Institute of Public Health through the University of North Carolina. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Eileen Cheever MPAS, PA-C
Eileen is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She obtained a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008 from Seton Hall University. She is a graduate of Merrimack College in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science. Eileen is also a current member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), where she achieved Diplomate status, a recognition given after completion of an intensive 70 hour training module, designed for experienced dermatology PAs. In addition, Eileen volunteers for the SDPA as Summer Conference Planning Chair and enjoys giving back to the PA profession through education and leadership.
Mary Carpinito RN
Mary is one our Registered Nurses specializing in lasers & aesthetics. She has many years of experience and training in all aspects of facial and body rejuvenation. She is a current member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and continues ongoing education at the International Dermal Institute. Mary strives to provide the most caring approach possible for her patients. Her professional skills, warm nature and discretion are of the highest importance in her relationship with her patients. She is passionate about using the latest laser technology and achieving the best possible results for her patients.
Faye Jenkins RN, BSN
Faye is a highly skilled and experienced nurse with extensive experience in sclerotherapy. Faye graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Boston State College and has worked with the MA Board of Nursing and Board of Medicine to develop guidelines for the use of laser treatments. Since 1995, Faye has been actively involved as a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, currently serving as Chairman of the Allied Nursing/Professional Division. Within our practice, she is dedicated to delivering safe and effective care to all her patients.
